The most potent gift we can have is health. But good health does not guarantee vitality and youthfulness if exhaustion and burnout exist in our lives. Tiredness is consuming experience. Not only does it feel bad, it makes feeling good more difficult because it leads to overeating, oversleeping, over worrying and those things alone make us more tired.
Journey with me through ancient understandings, revealed in the laws of nature and learn the secrets to staying young, vital, happy and energized. I’ll demonstrate the techniques and give you the warning signs of aging. We’ll deal with body postures, breathing, diet, food, mind control and spiritual issues that can suck the lifeblood right out from under your nose.
There’s no guarantees, but for me, some of this information is the cornerstone to great and sustainable happiness, vitality and success at work and at home.
Tiredness has many sources:
- Sleep Deprivation
- Burnout – Exhaustion
- Physical excess
- Emotional
- Mental
- Spiritual
- Bio chemical
Each of these has its own unique characteristics that results in unique symptoms. Depression is a form of tiredness. So too chronic fatigue and we’ll include these in this article, but the vast majority of tiredness comes from everyday life, overdoing it.
To begin dealing with these issues is a nightmare of psychotherapy, medicine, self help, religion, opinion and motivation. That’s not my realm. So I want to focus on cause rather than effect.
What caused the sleep deprivation?
What caused someone to work to burnout and exhaustion?
What caused the person to overload their physical system?
Why are some people emotionally burned out and others not?
Nervous exhaustion is the single most common tiredness, what causes it?
Spiritual exhaustion is the worst exhaustion, lost hope, lost love.
Bio Chemical – Why does our body become acidic, unhealthy and depleted?
Over this month of October, the subject of vitality and the source of it, will be the them of the articles. By the 23rd of October articles stop until January as I head off to Nepal to guide some guests on a pilgrimage of a lifetime.
