The human body is similar to a machine in that just as a machine needs regular fuel in order to operate, it is just the same case with our human body. So go ahead and indulge in using grapefruit for weight loss as it will certainly be a success, but always remember to add the other fat burning foods that nature thoroughly makes available to us.
