In order to achieve great looking abs it is important to get your six pack diet sorted out. Exercise on its own will not help you unless you adopt a regime of eating healthy food. The food that you consume needs to be a type, which would increase your metabolism rate and combined with exercises you will achieve your desired look.
The first food type that I would highly recommend is whey protein powder because it is what is required to build your muscles as it is lean source of protein. Another iron rich and full of nutrients food is spinach as this will repair your body even after you have had a session of workout – your muscles would need fixing. Eggs are a great source of protein and vitamins and you should include this in your diet. These get absorbed gradually which will help in your quest for getting abs. You need testosterone a form of hormone to help you so olive oil will provide you with testosterone, which will help you burn fat and build muscles.
So six pack diet is of paramount importance and another food that is high in nutrients, protein and low GI food is beans. This will help fat loss and muscle gain and will also fill you up. Another product that I would not have included in the list but has been proved to work if eaten in moderation is butter because it contains good mono unsaturated fats.
I mentioned about metabolism rate so if you eat every three hours during your workout session, your appetite will go up. Eating the food type I mentioned will develop your muscles and hopefully your fat belly.
You will fell much better about yourself knowing that you are getting results which will be great.
Just on the note of food I thought it is worth mentioning foods that you should try to avoid: potatoes, bread, fruit juice, fried foods, pasta, soft drinks, alcohol.
