Both the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet and The Negative Calorie Diet are based on the promise of super fast weight loss but are both very different so which, if any, is best and more importantly do they both work.
Each of the weight loss programs make big claims with the 4 Idiots system bragging that you will lose 9lbs every 11 days and the Negative Calorie Diet going even further by saying you could lose 14lbs in just 7 days using their diet. Of course such claims are easy to boast of but usually go unfulfilled and this is also the case with these diets.
FL4I does actually come close to achieving the weight loss it claims and many members have actually achieved it, in fact there are hundreds of comments all over the weight loss forums telling you just that but it isn’t true of everyone and the actual average is a 7lb loss every 11 days, which although lower than claimed is still to be commended.
The other program doesn’t live up to its claim either with an average loss of weight in the first 7 days been 8lbs as opposed to the claimed 14lbs although again this still isn’t to be faulted. As this is a 1lb higher average loss than that of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet you could claim that it is the more successful program of the two but the truth is that this isn’t the case.
Over a period of time and not just the first week the Fat Loss 4 Idiots system proves to be more consistent and successful than it’s rival so for me it is recommended in front of The Negative Calorie Diet. Both diets are of course only for those looking at a short term diet and fast weight loss, for more long term diets there are far healthier and more beneficial diet systems available.
