
Cabbage Soup Diet is yet another diet plan but does it works and what do you have to do to achieve weight lose? Yes you could ask your self with so many plans to choose from is this going to work for me?
Actual weight lose can be achieved through eating and surviving a liquid based diet plan – that is a fact. You are able to lose pounds in as little as a week. So if you want to look svelte for that special occasions like a date or wedding look seriously at this diet plan.
This diet does not have many calories and and a large part of the diet is based around liquids. This is a vital part of the plan ensuring weight lose over a short period of time.
The upside to the diet –
1) The Cabbage soup diet contains a lot of water and water has a proven track record when losing weight.
2) Weight lose will be made through a lack of calories
3) The hunger desire will disappear eventually through eating lots of soup.
4) You are still encouraged to eat beef as part of the plan, so it is not all bad news.
5) To gain sufficient weight lose the period of the plan is 1 week
6) Does actually give your body a detox flushing out all those chemicals remaining in your body
The downside of the diet –
1) Cooking the Cabbage soup diet creates a bad smell in the kitchen, try not to do this plan in your mother-in-laws home
2) This plan is also a detox for the body. Eating on so many water based meals leaves you with headaches. This is were your body has become accustomed to living alongside chemicals left in your system. Smokers may suffer more than most because of the toxins in their bodies. Generally it is a good thing to detox.
3) No alcohol whilst on this diet plan
4) The main area of weight lose is not in the fatty deposits on the body but in the water retention in the muscles.
In conclusion the Cabbage soup diet will be successful and should only be used as a short term weight lose program. Once off this diet you will put the pounds back on as the muscles will reclaim their water mass due to going back to your normal meals. Any long term weight lose can not be achieved from this program but over the short term you can lose pounds very quickly.
