When you’re at the office, you’d find it that you’re going to have a hard time exercising because of feeling mentally fatigue. Yes there are just those days that will drain your energy and it can wear you out very much. You’ll be too tired to workout physically and all you’ll need is your family and your bed.
The feeling of your body giving in for that day is usually the case. I can’t blame you because most will feel the same way.
So what should you do to get your muscles and blood stimulated?
To work on your abdominal part even for a small time, you can try sitting straight and sucking in the tummy. While you’re sitting, you can already do this and do simple breathing techniques to contract your abdominal muscles. Not only it’ll get your tummy worked out, it’ll also give you a relaxing method especially if there are just that days wherein you just had a bad one.
You can work out in your office if you just look closely. There are easy things to do in order to workout. If you have a spare time inside the office, why not use it to get something done physically, right?
You can get a stability ball and sit on it from time to time. Stability balls correct your posture and works on your lower back. You may not know it, but this is a low intensity workout. If you do this for a long period, that low intensity can give you an already good enough work out.
At home while watching your favorite shows on the TV, you can use the commercial times to do some sit ups or any workout that can be done in a minute. Well, a routine can last for less than a minute so you can do a maximum of two variations.
Eating habits should be monitored whenever you’re at the office or at home. When you’re body is not moving, it’s storing energy. Yes it expends some energy but not that much. What you can do is to lessen junk foods and try eating peanuts instead. You can make different dishes for normal healthy food so you can enjoy it as well. All you need is a little bit of research, and a little bit of effort.
