I’m always asked for advice on the best way to get rid of body fat. Really, there are so many strategies that you may consider to achieve this goal. Below are some of the tips that you can use to adjust your diet or fitness plan to achieve fat loss.

Cardio Interval Training – You may have been told that the best cardio for fat burning is low intensity, as it burns a higher percentage of fat. The problem with this is you will burn calories; however you would have to spend so much more time to get the same effectiveness of high intensity training.

Whole Wheat and Whole Grains – Whole wheat and whole grains help the body regulate its insulin levels, which lead to faster weight loss. Studies have shown that people who eat whole wheat and whole grain. Always weighed less than people who eat refined grains.

Fiber foods – Fiber fills you up better than most foods, fiber foods will also help the body from storing fat. Foods such as pears are a great source of fibre.

Resistance training – The fitness tips are created only to enhance a well balanced nutrition program and exercise routine for effective fat loss.

Muscle uses energy. Each pound of lean muscle tissue burns 35-50 calories a day while body fat burns 2 calories a day. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn.

You should also change your Resistance Training program variables (sets, reps, rest, load, and tempo) every 4 weeks. This will help your body from not hitting a plateau.
