Personal Trainers Online Are Much Cheaper Than Live Trainers, But Does it Work?

Are personal trainers (PT from now on) on the internet worthwhile? Well, that depends on your situation. If you don’t have access to any equipment, and don’t have a gym membership, well, then no. A PT can tell you how to do an exercise, how many times to do it, when and how often to do it and why you are doing it. They can’t do much without their client having access to some kind of exercise equipment.

If you have access to the equipment, or are member of a gym but don’t have the money to hire a “live” PT, then going online to look for a PT isn’t a bad idea. They are much more reasonable than “live” trainers, and have the same knowledge. The downside is that they can’t stand by your side and physically show you how to do the exercises.

If you decide to hire an online PT, should you use the biggest sites with most customers, or should you choose the smaller one that perhaps gives you more attention since you are maybe 1 out of 5 members instead of 1 out of a 1000 members? You will however pay extra for the extra attention. The smaller sites are more expensive.

A little summary of this article would be that if you have access to equipment but aren’t a member of a gym, or if you cant afford a real live trainer, then you should consider an online trainer. Look at the big websites if you want it cheap, or go to the smaller websites if you want more attention from your trainer.

I’m a personal trainer that has trained fitness for about 7 years. I enjoy teaching others and have my own online personal trainer website where you can sign up and let me help you reach your goals. My website is [http://www.personaltraininghelp.net]!
