Train With Trainers Who Are Otherwise Booked Or Out Of Your Area- I personally had to get going on online training because there are not enough hours in the day for all the clients I want to train. Also, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t limited to just clients in my area. So in many cases you can get the same programs from a trainer you would not have access to if they offer online training.
You don’t have to go to the gym- Most programs will have options for you to have workouts that you can do at home so you don’t have to go to the gym if you don’t want to.

Keep in mind that I am in no way saying that online training is better than actual in-person training, but if you can’t afford an in person trainer, just need a little guidance, or want to get with a trainer that is too far or booked online training is perfect for you.
