Harness Your Insider Training Routine!

Do you really need a personal trainer? I suppose it is easier to stay on a physical training program if you have a personal trainer alongside of you telling you what to do, and how many of each exercises to accomplish in a given amount of time. However, with a little bit of studying, and a little bit of knowledge you can learn all the important stretching exercises to prevent injury, and learn about the best exercises, number of repetitions, amount of weight, number of miles, and the amount of effort per time you need to do to get yourself where you want to be without injury.

How do I know this?

Because I got to a point in my running career where I had more knowledge than any of the coaches, more athletic ability than they had when they were younger, and I had more personal character to complete each and every one of those workouts, without slacking off. Therefore, I know you can do it too. For those of you who are personal trainers reading this, you probably will not like what I have to say, but the reality is that not everyone needs a personal trainer.

What people need is more commitment, perseverance, strength of character, and in inner will. They need better self-esteem, self-confidence, and they must harness their inner training routine. That’s what I did, and you can too. Many people say that without a personal trainer they would never complete the workouts, and they would always make an excuse of what else they could be doing, or quit as soon as they got tired. Well, at least they are honest that they don’t have any backbone, but what kind of a person would make a statement like that?

Not all humans are lazy, but I guess a good many are and they just don’t have the follow through because they are weak in the mind and in the body. There’s really no excuse for this. If you want to get something done you just got to do it. Nothing good in life is going to be easy, and if it was, everyone would be doing it, and we wouldn’t have so many fat slobs walking around our society and in our civilization. But we do, I just hope you won’t be one of them, I hope you will harness your insider training routine.

It’s time to stop acting like a wimp! Now go write down a set of goals for your training regime, and get busy doing it. Get off the Internet, stop watching TV, stop playing with your iPhone, and start doing some exercises darn it, what’s wrong with you anyway? Get off your butt – Now, do you here me?
