Next, slowly extend your arms towards your front until you form a 90-degree angle with your torso, and then clasp both your hands together. With this position, see to it that you keep your back and arms straight and your chest out. Flexing your abs, move your body as far as you can from your left to right, then right to left. Make sure your movements are quick while keeping the range of motion and proper form. Do this for sixty seconds before you go back to your original position.

The Hip and the Leg Raise
You need to have good balance in order to perform this routine. Start by lying down on a bench, with both your legs raised up perpendicular to your bench. To maintain balance, you can hold the bench for stability. From this position, slowly lift your hips by contracting your abs and then hold the position for about three seconds before you carefully lower your hips. Your back must be kept flat on the bench with your legs straight then slowly lower your legs until you achieve a position where your legs is formed straight along with your body. Hold this position for three seconds and then get back to the starting position. Have ten repetitions for this routine.

Windshield Wipers
Lie on your back on a mat placed on the floor. Position your arms in a “T” form to achieve stability. To start, lift both your legs until they become perpendicular to the floor. Once in position, rotate your hips making sure it touches the floor. Move your legs from right to left, like that of a windshield wiper action. With this routine, keep in mind to take it slowly and perform it in a controlled manner. Do this exercise ten times.

Side Crunch on Ball
Have a Swiss ball for his particular workout. To start, lean to the ball with your right hip. See to that that your torso does not touch the ball. To maintain stability, try pressing the soles of your feet against a wall. With your hands behind your ears, slowly contract the left oblique muscles as your lift your torso the farthest that you can. Keep this position for three seconds and then release. Repeat the routine ten times before doing the opposite side.
