Sweating is good for you because not only it releases toxins from your body but the more your sweat, the less obese you’ll become. But don’t think that just sitting in the sauna and sweating will make you become less obese and lose weight. You’ll be rather losing water and not real sweating to burn fat and calories. Remember no pain no gain.
Rather, try to do some jogging 3 times per week, do some aerobics and use cardio machines like exercise bikes, treadmills and steppers at the gym. Even you don’t go to the gym, there are several ways you can exercise at home. You can do some basic exercises like push ups, sit ups, squats which will make you sweat. If you find most of these activities too strenuous, get in the habit of walking long distances with effort.
