Consume 3-4 servings/day of fruits, like apples, grapes, oranges, lime, peaches, cherries, mangoes, guava, plums, bananas and also consume plenty of fruit juices. Consume 2-3 servings/day of fish, lobster, meat, eggs, nuts, to increase the protein content in the body. Consume 2-3 servings/day of milk and milk products like cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, or milk.
