The quick answer to this question is NO – but, cardio isn’t just for weight loss.

You see, most people treat fat as an energy source. They believe that in order to get rid of love handles, you must burn more calories than you consume. With this mindset, of course you need cardio! (But, if you treat fat a little differently … you can get rid of love handles almost effortlessly!)

Fat has many purposes in the body. Yes, one use of fat is an energy source, but, truth be told, fat is much more than that! Your love handles may actually be saving your life

Fat helps to protect your body against the heavy acid forming toxins that are found in many fat-causing foods (most of which are falsely marketed as ‘healthy’)! If you rid yourself of the fat causing foods and begin regular consumption of specific fat burning foods – you’ll find your love handles melting away easily and effortlessly!

In fact, on a personal note, just by changing my regular eating plan to incorporate these fat burning foods, I managed to lose 10 pounds in the first 10 days!
