I think at first I thought all these programs included starving yourself or taking pills and potions to shed your unwanted fat. And I knew that was not for me as I have tried before and it never worked for me. But to my surprise this was not always the case. Of course there were plenty out there that are like this but not the particular one that I chose in the end. Shedding pounds fast by eating good healthy soup has to be a good idea so I looked at it a little closer.
Needing to lose weight has always been an issue for me so I suppose I had jumped at the idea of trying something that did not have me crying out for more food. That does not mean those diets do not work it just means they did not for me. I am a bit lazy that way. Cooking everyday foods without counting calories works just fine though.
Because we are all made up differently we all cope differently that is why one diet may work for one person and another diet works better for the other.
