To bring the day’s eating to a close your dinner should consist of fresh grapefruit or drinking another eight ounces of grapefruit juice without sweetening. It is better to keep your coffee consumption under the eight ounces here along with eight ounces of water. You can eat fish or meat prepared to your liking and you are allowed to eat as many servings of meat and vegetables as you want during dinner. You can use as much butter or other seasonings for flavouring the vegetables. However, see that you still avoid those white vegetables and sweet potatoes. Finally before going to bed you need to drink eight ounces of tomato juice or eight skimmed milk.
